Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Tax will be responsible for overseeing the global tax operations, which encompass both U.S. and international compliance, tax strategy formulation, and financial reporting activities. This role entails collaboration with executive leadership to mitigate tax risks, facilitate cross-border transactions, and enhance the efficiency of tax processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee global tax function, ensuring compliance with U.S. and international tax regulations.
- Develop and implement tax strategies and financial reporting initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; CPA or MST preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in tax roles.
- Extensive knowledge of ASC 740 and multinational tax operations.
