The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in methodically evaluating patient health requirements and applying evidence-based nursing practices within an ICU environment. Responsibilities include operating life-support equipment, overseeing cardiac functions, and working in partnership with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
