Job Summary
The Residential Program Manager will oversee and manage the operations of residential programs, ensuring a high standard of care and support for participants. This role requires developing program strategies, coordinating staff activities, and fostering a positive living environment for residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
- Supervise and support residential staff in their daily duties.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Foster relationships with residents, their families, and the community.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and resident satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure financial sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in residential program management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to residential services.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
