Responsibilities
- Provide holistic care to patients in a palliative and supportive environment.
- Perform assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests and x-rays.
- Offer on-call coverage to ensure continuous patient support and care.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Experience in palliative care or a related specialty is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.
