Job Summary
The Supervisor plays a critical role in the development and oversight of personalized ABA treatment plans. This position entails conducting behavioral evaluations, offering direct supervision and guidance to staff, while ensuring effective program management and coordination with families and educational providers.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and oversee tailored ABA treatment plans for individuals.
- Carry out behavioral assessments to inform treatment strategies.
- Provide direct supervision and comprehensive training for staff members.
- Analyze data to evaluate progress and make necessary program adjustments.
- Collaborate with families and school providers to ensure cohesive care delivery.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active BCBA certification.
- Required to have a New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
- At least two years of experience in delivering or supervising ABA services specifically for children diagnosed with autism.
