Lead cross-functional projects, improve internal communication, and build processes and systems to support the company’s growth. Candidates should have 1–4 years of experience in finance, consulting, or startup operations and be able to solve unstructured problems and deliver results. They should be resourceful, comfortable building processes from scratch, effective at turning ambiguous needs into structured solutions, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team.
