Job description
The Mechanical Maintenance Lead plays a key role in ensuring the safe execution of mechanical maintenance tasks, diagnosing equipment issues, and fostering a collaborative environment within the workshop. This position involves planning and managing maintenance outages and periods of downtime while adhering to safety regulations and standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of maintenance experience along with a high school diploma or its equivalent. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with hot mill and pickle line machinery, industrial hydraulics expertise, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical education.
