Job Summary
The position involves overseeing store operations while stepping in for store managers at various locations. The role focuses on assisting with customer interactions, vehicle selection, structuring deals, and completing sales transactions. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and leading sales teams while ensuring adherence to customer service excellence and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage store operations across multiple locations in the absence of store managers.
- Support customers with applications, help them choose vehicles, and facilitate deal structuring and completion of sales.
- Lead and train sales teams to enhance their performance and effectiveness.
- Oversee the follow-up processes of CRM systems and conduct audits for efficiency.
- Uphold high standards of customer service along with compliance requirements.
- Provide assistance in cash handling and liaise with the home office as necessary.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership or management experience, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Strong skills in customer service, communication, organizational, and financial areas.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Reliable transportation is required for travel between Orlando and Ocala.
- Experience in Buy Here Pay Here operations is advantageous, though not a prerequisite.
