Requires 5–10 years of progressive experience in multifamily revenue management, pricing, asset management, or a related real estate function, with hands-on ownership of portfolio pricing and revenue strategy. Candidates need experience with multifamily revenue platforms, strong operational and financial modeling skills, and the ability to influence and coach teams; acquisition or stabilization experience and tools such as Yardi, EliseAI, and Power BI are preferred.
