Job Summary
The Assistant Branch Manager plays a crucial role in mentoring branch staff and overseeing the daily functions of the branch while ensuring risk management and promoting organizational development. This position is also involved in loan processing, engaging with the local community, and preparing financial as well as regulatory documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coaching and developing branch associates to enhance their performance.
- Overseeing and managing daily branch operations.
- Mitigating risks to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
- Facilitating loan processing and related customer service support.
- Conducting outreach initiatives to strengthen community relations.
- Preparing financial and regulatory reports as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is a must.
- One to three years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing environment.
- Proven skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Experience in adhering to and understanding policy compliance matters.
