Job Summary
The technician will play a pivotal role in executing an ABA program for a client aged 14, working under the guidance of a BCBA. This position entails providing behavioral interventions, meticulous data recording, and ensuring personal care assistance within the comfort of the client’s home. Additionally, the technician will implement safe physical management strategies as needed.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA strategies as per the supervision of a BCBA.
- Conduct behavior interventions and maintain accurate data collection.
- Assist with personal care tasks for the client.
- Utilize safe physical management techniques as required.
- Ensure consistent and reliable attendance during assigned shifts.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current RBT certification.
- Prior experience working with adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
- Ability to perform physical management techniques competently.
