**Job Title: Infusion Nurse**
The Infusion Nurse are responsible for delivering direct patient care, administering medications, and executing nursing care plans in home or alternative care environments. Their role includes providing education to patients and their families, maintaining accurate clinical records, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care continuity. Applicants must possess a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state where they practice, along with a minimum of one year of nursing experience. Additionally, candidates must hold a current CPR certification and have a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
