Job Summary
The Vice President of Property Management is responsible for offering strategic direction for the real estate portfolio of the Credit Union. This position focuses on the effective management of facilities operations, maintenance protocols, and optimal space utilization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of facilities and ensure efficient maintenance practices.
- Manage third-party vendor contracts and lease agreements related to properties.
- Handle property-related financial planning and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and other relevant standards across all sites.
Qualifications
- A minimum of seven years of experience in the commercial property or facilities management sector.
- At least three years of experience in a leadership role.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is mandatory.
- Professional certifications, such as CPM (Certified Property Manager) or CFM (Certified Facilities Manager), are highly desirable.
