Job Summary
The Sr. Program Manager is tasked with enhancing work readiness by efficiently coordinating activities between the LEAPS organization and various Line of Business partners, ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks. This role emphasizes the development of standardized tools, the oversight of process execution, and the promotion of cross-functional initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively between LEAPS and Line of Business partners to ensure task deadlines are met.
- Develop and implement standardized tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage the execution of processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive improvement initiatives that span across different functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience is required.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is desired.
- Experience in gas or electric utility projects is a plus.
