Manage plant-level cost accounting, month-end close, inventory forecasting, and financial analysis, including manufacturing variances, inventory valuation, and working capital. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Engineering to support budgets, production planning, capital projects, and operational improvements through actionable financial insights. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and at least five years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting role, preferably in manufacturing. Strong cost accounting, inventory accounting, manufacturing finance, Excel, and financial modeling skills are expected; SAP or Oracle experience is required as relevant ERP experience, with SAP preferred.
