**Licensed Practical Nurse**
The Licensed Practical Nurse delivers direct patient care and executes nursing plans under the guidance of a registered nurse. Key responsibilities include documenting patient services, managing pain and symptoms, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary hospice team. Applicants should be graduates of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program and possess a current LPN/LVN license. This position also requires three years of nursing experience, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date CPR certification.
