The Scheduling Operations Manager leads the department’s payroll-readiness and exception-management workstream to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. They also supervise exception-support staff, provide functional direction to schedulers, and maintain a reduced individual caseload. Candidates should have experience in scheduling, payroll, or healthcare operations, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Previous team-lead or supervisory experience is preferred, as is the ability to manage time-sensitive work under firm deadlines.
