Job Summary
The Surgical Technologist I: OR Scrub & Sterile Supply at Premier Health Partners plays a critical role in assisting with patient care in the Operating Room and other related areas. This position focuses on the scrub role, ensuring that all sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment are properly maintained and organized for surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist in various surgical procedures by fulfilling technical functions required in the Operating Room.
- Maintain an organized and sterile environment by managing supplies, instruments, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with sterilization protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Completion of a surgical technology program or an Associate’s degree in Surgical Technology.
- Demonstrated knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and operating room protocols.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively work with the surgical team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
