Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures as a Registered Nurse First Assistant, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to provide comprehensive patient care before, during, and after surgery.
- Monitor patient vital signs and address any concerns effectively during surgical procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment in the surgery room in accordance with health regulations.
- Document patient care activities and report any changes in patient status to the attending physician.
Qualifications
- Current RN license required.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse First Assistant preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying situations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts across a 5-day work week.
