Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN – Registered Nurse First Assistant to join our team in Fort Mohave, Oregon. As part of our healthcare agency, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care while functioning in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures as a First Assistant to the surgeon, providing necessary support during operations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care strategies.
- Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding surgical processes and post-operative care.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse First Assistant is required.
- Strong clinical skills in surgical settings and exceptional communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts of 5 days a week for 8-hour durations.
- Willingness to commit to a contract period of 13 weeks.
