Job Summary
The role involves leading and overseeing the comprehensive implementation process of the ProShop ERP system specifically for machine shop clientele. This position focuses on project management, system configuration, and engaging with all stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition and effective adoption of the system.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of ProShop ERP for clients in the machine shop sector.
- Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely and successful deployment.
- Configure the ERP system according to the specific needs and requirements of clients.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and the implementation team to resolve issues and align processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting during and after deployment to ensure effective system utilization.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in implementing ERP software, ideally in the manufacturing or machine shop sector.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience in the configuration of complex business software systems.
