Job Summary
The Physical Therapist plays a critical role in evaluating patients’ physical conditions and developing personalized treatment plans to enhance their mobility, relieve pain, and restore function. The individual will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical capabilities and conditions.
- Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment programs based on assessment findings.
- Educate patients about their conditions and the importance of following the therapy plan.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as necessary for optimal recovery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide integrated patient care.
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the relevant state.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
