Build and scale test automation frameworks, runners, orchestration services, and infrastructure, including AI-enabled tools for test authoring, selection, execution, and failure analysis. Improve test reliability and debugging, integrate quality checks into development and CI/CD workflows, and lead initiatives from design through deployment and ongoing improvement in collaboration with engineering teams. Requires at least 2 years of experience building large-scale backend or infrastructure systems and proficiency in a programming language such as C#, Go, or Python. Candidates should be curious, collaborative, and able to drive open-ended technical projects; experience with high-QPS or performance-critical systems and familiarity with HashiCorp tools or datacenter operations are advantageous.
