Job Summary
The Field Service Technician is responsible for delivering field service, maintenance, and troubleshooting support. This role is essential for ensuring optimal functionality and reliability of equipment and systems in a variety of environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field service operations and maintenance tasks as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively in real-time.
- Perform routine inspections and repairs to maintain equipment performance.
- Ensure timely communication with clients and team members regarding service status.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within set deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous military technical experience or a minimum of 2 years in a relevant industry role.
- Strong communication capabilities for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Established time-management skills to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with electrical and electronic systems, ideally as an Electrical Technician or Electronics Technician, is preferred.
- Experience with Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) systems is a plus.
