Job description
The Leasing Consultant plays a key role in enhancing leasing performance by leading property tours, finalizing lease agreements, and addressing resident questions. This position also involves assisting with everyday operations, ensuring that lease documentation is up-to-date, and participating in marketing initiatives and resident engagement activities. Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or GED, along with a valid driver’s license. Prior experience in leasing or property management is advantageous, as well as proficiency in sales, communication, and organizational abilities.
