**Job Title: Youth Partner**
The Youth Partner leverages their own lived experience to offer peer support, advocacy, and mentorship to young individuals involved with the High Fidelity Wraparound team. This role emphasizes the importance of incorporating the youth’s perspective into service planning and assists them in maneuvering through intricate social and mental health systems. Candidates should have personal experience as a beneficiary of youth-serving systems and hold at least a high school diploma. Excellent interpersonal abilities and the capacity to successfully pass a criminal background check are essential.
