**Job Title: Senior Director, Nonclinical Safety**
The Senior Director will spearhead the development of nonclinical safety strategies for pharmaceutical projects and act as the toxicology expert within multidisciplinary project teams. This role involves managing the design of toxicology studies, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and providing mentorship to team members to foster innovation in safety evaluations. Ideal candidates will possess a PhD in Toxicology or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, or a Master’s degree with over 15 years of experience. A comprehensive understanding of nonclinical safety assessment, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and international regulatory requirements is crucial.
