Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for guiding engineering teams and managing projects from the initial concept stage to their completion. This role focuses on ensuring the delivery of high-quality results while adhering to budget constraints and timelines. The Senior Project Manager will be the main point of contact for clients, handling communications and facilitating the coordination of integrated MEP/FP designs across several simultaneous projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams in executing projects effectively from start to finish.
- Ensure projects align with quality standards, budgetary restrictions, and scheduling.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, managing all communications.
- Coordinate the design efforts of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection teams across various projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in an engineering firm, including at least 5 years in a project management role.
- Expertise in BIM, Revit, and Autodesk software is essential.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
