Job Summary
The Field Representative is responsible for operating and maintaining high-volume printing machinery, alongside managing the shipping, receiving, and distribution of mail. This role includes providing support for the facility, keeping detailed service logs, and delivering excellent customer service within the fulfillment center.
Responsibilities
- Operate high-volume printing equipment efficiently.
- Conduct regular maintenance on printing machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the processes of shipping and receiving goods.
- Handle the distribution of mail within the facility.
- Support facility operations by addressing various logistical needs.
- Maintain accurate records of service logs related to equipment and operations.
- Provide high-quality customer service in the fulfillment center setting.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is essential.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a production or printing environment.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is necessary for this position.
