Job Summary
The caregiver plays a vital role in supporting patients with their everyday activities. This position focuses on assisting individuals with personal care and maintaining their living environments while ensuring their health is closely monitored.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to patients in daily living tasks, including personal hygiene and mobility.
- Support household maintenance to create a comfortable living space.
- Monitor and document patient health and well-being.
- Administer prescribed medications as directed.
- Keep detailed records of patients’ progress over time.
Qualifications
- Completion of a recognized Home Health Aide training program.
- Possession of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant professional experience in caregiving.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Current CPR certification.
