Job Summary
This role entails leading high-volume satellite production efforts, guiding the program from initial prototype stages through to full-rate manufacturing. As the program authority, you will oversee various aspects crucial for successful operations, including management of cross-functional teams and supply chain partners, alongside technical roadmaps to achieve production goals while adhering to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the satellite production program throughout its lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition from prototype to full-rate manufacturing.
- Coordinate the efforts of diverse teams and supply chain partners to meet production and quality targets.
- Develop and manage technical roadmaps to align with production objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of program management experience, showcasing a successful history of delivering hardware products.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the capability to secure and uphold a security clearance.
