Job Summary
The Production Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing both onshore and offshore teams in the successful deployment of client implementations for the LoanServ platform. This role entails a focus on the development of architectural components, resolution of software-related issues, and maintenance of system efficiency to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of the LoanServ platform for client implementations.
- Manage and coordinate onshore and offshore teams throughout the implementation process.
- Create and refine architectural components essential for successful software setups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues as they arise during implementations.
- Monitor and ensure optimal performance of the system post-deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry, particularly in mortgage or financial services sectors.
- Strong understanding of development methodologies.
- Familiarity with LoanServ or similar loan servicing products is highly desired.
