**Job Title: Operational Systems Support Engineer**
In this position, you will focus on ensuring the operational readiness and efficiency of mission-critical systems by engaging in monitoring, problem-solving, and the upkeep of infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include conducting root-cause analyses, applying enhancements to systems, and delivering on-site support to customers regarding software processing workflows. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically within Linux environments. Additionally, applicants must be U.S. citizens and must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
