Job Summary
The Director of Rehab Therapy Services plays a pivotal role in managing the daily functions of the inpatient divisions dedicated to physical, occupational, and speech therapy. This position entails creating comprehensive patient care strategies, guiding clinical leaders, and upholding high standards of service provision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of physical, occupational, and speech therapy departments.
- Develop and implement patient care frameworks.
- Provide mentorship and support to clinical managers.
- Ensure the delivery of quality rehabilitation services.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid state license as a Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist.
- At least seven years of experience in an acute rehabilitation environment.
- A minimum of five years in a supervisory role is required.
