This position involves the supervision and coordination of community activities, ensuring compliance with both state and federal regulations, while fostering partnerships with healthcare providers. Applicants should hold a valid license as a Registered or Licensed Nurse and possess a minimum of three to five years of experience in home health care or geriatric nursing. Furthermore, candidates must have at least two to four years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
