This position manages daily payroll and time administration for hourly employees, including processing union and non-union multi-state payroll. Responsibilities also include resolving payroll discrepancies, maintaining time-off records, and generating payroll reconciliation reports. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of payroll experience, including 1 to 3 years of multi-state union and non-union payroll processing. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of prevailing wage regulations in CA, WA, and OR are required.
