Lead maintenance operations across three properties, coordinating routine preventive maintenance, capital improvements, inspections, and property upkeep with the Community Director. Ensure work orders are completed promptly and efficiently, communicate with employees, residents, and vendors, and share rotating on-call duties. Requires five years of property maintenance experience, leadership and organizational skills, HVAC certification or licensure, and working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and appliances. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, reliable transportation, and their own tools, and be able to perform regular physical tasks.
