The Charge Nurse oversees daily patient care, coordinates treatment plans, and ensures effective service delivery within the psychiatric unit. They also manage medication administration, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and provide supervision to support staff to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. Candidates must hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Indiana. Additionally, applicants are required to maintain CPR certification and stay current with behavioral intervention training.
