Job Summary
The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in fostering strategic, long-term partnerships with clients in the data center sector aimed at boosting revenue and enhancing customer loyalty. This position is responsible for being the main liaison for clients, ensuring internal resources are effectively coordinated to address customer requirements, and crafting growth strategies for accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with data center clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and requirements.
- Coordinate internal teams to effectively meet client needs.
- Create and implement account strategies to facilitate growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally in Mechanical or Thermal disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, particularly in the data center or high-performance computing sectors.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time.
