The HR Business Partner is responsible for overseeing the entire recruiting process and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring that the B2B organization achieves its staffing objectives. This role also entails serving as an integrated HR resource, managing employee relations, executing HR policies, and tracking important personnel metrics.

Qualifications
