Oversee the wellness department and ensure residents receive high-quality physical and psychosocial care, including medication management, assessments, service planning, and regulatory compliance. Lead and schedule wellness staff, coordinate with families and healthcare providers, manage incidents and training, and support the residence’s operations and budget. Requires an active nursing license or medication-administration certification in the state of employment, with at least two years of senior housing experience; assisted living and dementia care experience are preferred. A nursing school graduate is preferred, along with strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, and the ability to lift 40 pounds.
