Meet and exceed sales quotas by recommending handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories while delivering high-quality sales. Support peers and new hires, follow store and cash-handling procedures, protect company assets, maintain inventory and store appearance, and complete required training and administrative tasks. Applicants must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions, available at least four days or 30 hours per week, able to stand for extended periods, and have reliable transportation. One year of retail sales experience and a high school education or equivalent are preferred; Spanish is also preferred.
