The Billing Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate customer billing records, processing reports, and calculating billing adjustments in the CCS system. They also coordinate service orders and collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing errors and respond to customer complaints. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a financial or billing environment and proficiency in Excel. An associate degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
