Advise senior leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, performance, and change, aligning people initiatives with the studio’s roadmap. Lead the People Team across HR, recruiting, compensation, employee relations, DEI, compliance, and workplace operations while tracking organizational health and workforce analytics. Requires 8+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience, including ownership of employee relations, compensation, and compliance, plus experience shipping at least one video game. Candidates should have leadership advisory experience, have managed a cross-functional team, demonstrate strong coaching and execution skills, and be comfortable working remotely; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
