Manage the leasing sales process by engaging prospects, assessing their needs, presenting apartments and communities, processing applications, and completing lease paperwork. Support current residents, maintain property presentation, follow up with prospects, and assist management with reports, communications, and market surveys. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while college coursework or a degree is desirable; prior leasing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be customer-service oriented, comfortable with computer systems and web applications, organized, flexible, able to meet deadlines, and effective communicators who can build relationships and work independently or as part of a team.
