This position involves aiding senior colleagues in the assessment of deal structures, preparation of contracts, and verification of adherence to guild and union regulations. Applicants are required to possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and must be licensed to practice law in either New York or California. Preferred candidates will have 1-3 years of pertinent experience in entertainment law or business affairs, complemented by excellent legal drafting and analytical capabilities.
