Lead maintenance operations and personnel at the Fostoria milling facility, ensuring equipment reliability, safe operations, regulatory compliance, and effective maintenance planning. Develop employees and apprenticeship programs, manage maintenance resources and budgets, and drive facility-wide improvements in productivity and reliability. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and an associate degree in a related technical field is preferred. Candidates need at least 10 years of experience in food, feed, grain, or flour milling and at least five years of progressive maintenance leadership experience, along with maintenance program, CMMS, data analysis, and team leadership capabilities.
