Manage relationships with assigned retail partners and oversee the deployment and ongoing support of Automated Retail locations, coordinating site approvals, installations, relocations, and customer communications. Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, deliver business initiatives, prepare performance reviews and reports, and improve customer experience and business processes. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience and at least eight years of experience in account management, customer success, retail operations, business operations, sales operations, or a related customer-facing role supporting large retailers. Candidates should bring strong relationship-building, project management, organizational, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; grocery retail, automated retail, deployment, CRM, Airtable, and Power BI experience are preferred.
