Job Summary
The role of the IT Business Systems Analyst III is to bridge the gap between the IT department and various business units. This position, located in New Albany, Ohio, requires a focus on delivering solutions that enhance business processes and overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical specifications for IT development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, recommend, and implement technology solutions.
- Evaluate existing IT systems and processes, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Provide support and training to business teams on newly implemented technologies.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED coupled with at least twelve (12) years of IT experience, OR
- An Associate’s degree accompanied by a minimum of eight (8) years of IT experience.
