The Head of IMVL leads the generation, verification, and use of high-quality impact intelligence to support investment decisions and organizational learning. They oversee the Impact Measurement, Verification, and Learning unit to ensure UNCDF programs achieve intended development impacts. Candidates must possess an advanced university degree in Finance, Economics, or International Development and at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in impact investing, blended finance, or sustainable finance is required.
