We are actively seeking a dedicated Plant Machine Operator I to join our team in Aurora, Illinois. This position is responsible for overseeing the operation of machinery used in the production process, ensuring that all outputs adhere to quality standards and meet production goals.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate machinery in adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products processed and packaged are compliant with established specifications.
- Oversee routine maintenance and repairs of plant equipment.
- Report all maintenance issues and completed work to the Shift Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and equipment maintenance.
